Thank you very much for signing up to review FLL-Explore teams next weekend. Much information is online, but I would like to share the basic plan:
Thank you so much for helping out. I hope you find it a fun experience. Talking to the team is my favorite part of the program. Their ideas and creativity always bring me joy. Here is the link to more info: http://glastonburyrobotics.weebly.com/2024-explore-expo.html
THANK YOU!!!

- Please aim to arrive at the Glastonbury High School parking lot around 11:45am. It will take you a while to walk in and find the reviewer meeting room. I will attach a map to this email.
- I will provide lunch: sandwich wraps, veggies, chips, and donated desserts. I will have vegetarian wraps available. I didn't see any vegans or allergens. For the one person that is gluten and dairy free, I will contact you individually.
- While you enjoy your lunch, I will explain the reviewing process. It should be easy and fun. Last year it took a while to pair up because we wanted to make sure people aren't reviewing their own children. I am going to make an attempt to pair folks up ahead of time - you can always swap if you like.
- At 1:00, you can go to the auditorium for the opening if you like. When the odd teams are dismissed to the cafeteria, you should also head there with your partner and find your odd numbered team. You can enjoy a 10-15 minute talk with the team, then head back to the reviewer room to drop off your review sheet for that team.
- Around 1:50pm, I will use the cafeteria microphone to announce it is time for the even numbered teams to be reviewed. After talking with your even-numbered team, you can go back to the reviewer room and drop off that form. Reviewers often like to choose which award their teams receive. You are welcome to do that and write on the paper what aspects of the team will be celebrated.
- That's it! You are free. During the final part of the program, starting at 3:15pm, I will thank you and offer for you to join the "high-five" line along the stage. We'd love to have you but no pressure.
